Accounting & Invoicing

Pegasus Condominiums sends out monthly invoices for
the Homeowners Association Dues. Along with the
invoice is a
newsletter and a return envelope. The dues
are collected and deposited weekly into the Associations
designated account.

As an alternative, we also offer Email invoicing.  
Envelopes are provided. The Email invoice also includes
the newsletters and any other correspondence that
would be sent with the regular invoice.

All bills are Audited upon receipt, checks prepared and
double checked prior to being sent. For those clients
with Email, copies of the checks and bills are emailed
prior to being mailed for second signatures.
